He particularly focused on the need to connect local entrepreneurship and local authorities with the University of Thessaly as a basic prerequisite for leveraging innovation and creating real impact at the local and regional level.
Leonidas Rigas, High-Tech Venture Investor, emphasized the importance of artificial intelligence and spoke about whether Greece can “export” this sector. ” Greece produces people (3rd in the world) who work in this sector, but unfortunately many of them go abroad. We must create the conditions for them to stay in their country,” he said, among other things.
The moderator of the discussion was Panagiotis Pachaturidis, with many years of experience in the technology sector, as an investor in artificial intelligence companies.
